Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Customs & Duties
EU Orders: All prices include VAT. No additional customs fees apply within the European Union.
UK Orders: Import duties and VAT may apply upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for any customs charges.
Norway: Norwegian customs fees may apply. We recommend checking with Norwegian Customs for current rates.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Promise
We want you to love your Heritage Knittings purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
- Initiate your return by emailing support@heritageknittings.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (EU orders) or return instructions (UK/Norway)
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging
- Drop off at your local postal service or schedule a pickup
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping Costs
- EU: Free returns on orders over €150. A €5.95 return fee applies to smaller orders.
- UK & Norway: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Simply note your exchange preference when initiating your return. If the item is in stock, we'll ship your exchange as soon as we receive your return. If unavailable, we'll issue a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that banks may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
